About the course

Ready to get stronger?

Want to circus proof your shoulders?

Join me for this boot camp to help you find the muscles you need to support your shoulders, get them strong, and improve your aerial skills.

Every week for a month you will receive a new set of exercises around a different aspect of shoulder mechanics to help you learn what the exercises actually do and why you are doing them.

Shoulder positional and alignment awareness Shoulder mobility Rotator cuff strength and stability Scapular stability

For each exercise you will be able to view a video demonstration with a detailed description of what the exercise is, why you are doing it, and how it should feel.

** If you are joining the "Guided Boot Camp" you will then be able to record your own performance for review and individualized feedback by physical therapist Dr. Emily Scherb, a circus medicine specialist.**

This program will jump start your shoulder strength to give you strong fundamentals on which you can build all of your other skills!
